What did we ask Turn?
We have been receiving more and more questions from the corporate market about sustainability and sustainable mobility. Which type of knowledge should the sales team (field sales) possess? What are the available options for responding proactively to market opportunities? What competences are needed in order to operate as an expert on the theme of sustainability?
What did Turn do for us?
Turn has developed a customised training programme consisting of two sessions. The knowledge level was increased during the first session. In preparation for the second session, each participant was asked to prepare a customer case so that the knowledge gained could be put into practice right away.
What was the result?
Training provided by Turn has increased the knowledge level through which the sales team is able to respond proactively to the opportunities in the market. In addition, we are now much more able to provide our clients with constructive advice on sustainable mobility.
